TokenMeter

Privacy Policy

Draft — not yet in effect.

DRAFT This text is pending tech-writer sign-off and an owner/legal review (plan: docs/plans/saas-site-landing-and-auth.md, Non-goals). It describes the product's designed data boundaries accurately, but it is not yet a legally reviewed policy.

What TokenMeter processes

TokenMeter is an AI spend evidence platform. Its service receives usage metadata only — users, teams, models, tokens, cost, timestamps, and verification status. It never receives prompt or response content; that boundary is an architectural constraint of the product, not a configuration option.

Where data lives

Self-hosted deployments keep all data inside your own infrastructure, on the Postgres instance you operate. Optional on-device analysis runs inside your own infrastructure — never ours.

Your rights

The platform implements data subject request handling — access, erasure, portability, and correction — as part of its core architecture. Contact your deployment's administrator to exercise these rights; the final policy will name the controller/processor roles and contact points explicitly.
