Terms of Service

The service

TokenMeter provides an evidence layer over AI infrastructure you already run: it meters gateway usage, prices it against your configured rate card, and verifies both against provider invoices. The open-core product is self-hosted; you operate it on your own infrastructure under its published open-source license.

Your data

You retain ownership of all data the product processes. TokenMeter receives usage metadata only and never prompt or response content — see the Privacy Policy for the data boundary in full.

No warranty during pre-launch

The hosted service is not yet generally available. Pre-launch access, where granted, is provided as-is; the final terms will state availability commitments, acceptable use, and liability limits once reviewed.
